Aloha Eagles, my name is Jarred Makanamikalani Hee (try saying THAT five times fast) and I’m a senior. I started getting interested in writing for the news in my sophomore year, partially because I suck at Math but mostly because I actually enjoy writing. Outside of class you can catch me in the senior area hanging out with friends, listening to music, or doing homework (because home is for Netflix and Youtube, not homework.) I am an avid follower of sports and music, and I have borderline obsessive man crushes on Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown and rapper Kendrick Lamar. Additionally, if you ever need a good movie reference I’m your guy. Overall I'm really looking forward to this school year and I hope you all enjoy reading these articles as much as I enjoy writing them.
