I am a senior (class of 2017) at Hawaii Baptist Academy. This is my third semester taking News Production. I have become the photography guy here and shoot at many school related events. Some other things about me is that I shoot with Nikon, I have taken close to 30,000 pictures over the past four years, I’m usually a quiet person, and my favorite font is Helvetica Neue (preferably thin or ultralight). I also like to shoot sunsets, listen to music, and browse the B&H website for new equipment ideas. I don’t know how to end this bio so yeah, go read another bio or look at some of my work (or don’t). Have a nice day.

Many of the …

"A picture is worth a thousand words." It's a famous saying, but is it true? The answer probably depends on the quality of the picture. Quality pictures usually have four common traits with a clear subject, good composition, good exposure, and high resolution. To clarify what I mean, a blurry, grainy picture of your dog …

This fall, the Varsity theater class performed their production of You Can't Take It With You starring theater instructor Chad Logan in his final play with the class. On October 30, 2015, the Junior class council hosted its first class social of the year: a 1920’s Gatsby-themed murder mystery party. The council had to create roles for all the attendees which included a back story and a list questions that their characters should ask each other. The plot involved the murder of a …

There are many factors that should be addressed while exploring your options. Location, cost, prestige, size, and majors all play a big …
