The HBA Environmental Club presents the Pass the Plastic Challenge! Recycling is an easy way to take care of and protect the environment—it saves energy, prevents pollution, reduces waste, and it’s something that everyone can do! We hope you’ll join us in showcasing your recycling efforts!

To participate in the Pass the Plastic Challenge, take a video of yourself passing a piece of recycling from off screen on your left to off screen on your right, pausing as you pass to show your item and it’s recycling number or HI-5 marker, if it has one, clearly to the camera. To determine what items can be recycled check out this list from Opala.org.
