HBA students were welcomed back to school with an all-school assembly.

During the assembly, scheduled as the first period of the day, new teachers were introduced and speeches were given by vice principal Ryan Frontiera, student body president Jantzen Nakai, and senior class president Danielle Toda.

Frontiera called on students to “take care of themselves”, “take care of others” and “take care of this place.” The new teachers were then asked to play a game of charades with the classes, where the teachers had to guess phrases associated with Frontiera’s three points.

The Class of 2015 celebrated its last first day of high school with balloons and pictures around the senior pavilion.
